About thehostel
La-Roche/Champlonis the Ardenne. A green spot not far from La Roche-en-Ardenne, where everything is possible: nature, sport, hiking, cycling and even cross-country skiing! But it's also a terrace where you can enjoy an aperitif and soak up the sun, a pétanque court, a volleyball court, a barbecue... In short, it's the vacations!
This hostel , built of local stone, is the starting point for great adventures, discoveries and encounters. hostel has 14 rooms ranging from 2 to 10 beds, for a total of 83 beds.
The function
Your role will be to keephostel clean and organize breakfast buffets for all our visitors.
CLEANING:
Cleaning of rooms, sanitary facilities, meeting rooms, common areas and other premises, taking into account cycles and the condition of the premises.
Maintenance of cleaning equipment
Cleaning product inventory management
Linen care must be provided in hostel
Report faults to maintenance department and/or management
Occasional assistance to other departments as needed
BREAKFASTS:
Set up breakfast buffets in compliance with presentation requirements and HACCP hygiene standards
Welcoming the public and responding to requests, restocking the buffet according to
needs
Cleaning and tidying up the dining room and kitchen at the end of service
Profile and skills required
Autonomy and experience in professional cleaning techniques preferred
Know and respect HACCP procedures and hygiene standards, or be prepared to learn them
Experience in inventory and order management is a plus
Good interpersonal skills and good presentation (contact with travelers)
Punctuality, organization and team spirit
